ABOUT US

The Ginger Bread House offers a structured educational program for preschoolers ages 2 - 5 yrs. old. Each morning program is designed to prepare children for kindergarten, both academically and socially. Afternoon care is less structured, with time for play and independent activity.

For primary school children ages 5 - 12 yrs. old, school transportation is provided to and from schools. During their time at Ginger Bread House, these children are grouped with other children their age in activities tuned to their recreational, social and creative needs.

Our summer program aims to enhance sensory perceptions. We plan outdoor activities, including swimming in our licensed outdoor pool, field trips and art and craft projects.

Our staff members meet and exceed state licensing requirements. They are carefully chosen on the basis of training, experience and those special qualities of love, kindness, energy, acceptance and patience.

- Full and part time schedules

- Open year-round Monday - Friday

- Hours 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Progress reports

- Transportation to and from public schools for K - 5th grade
